Terms and Conditions

The Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions when purchasing goods and/or services from or through Pacific Delight Ltd. You means you, the customer. We or us means Pacific Delight Limited.

Acceptance of Terms and conditions

* By placing an order for goods and/or services from or through Pacific Delight Limited you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

* A quotation from us does not give rise to a binding contract until you place an order which we subsequently accept.

*  Pacific Delight Limited reserves the right to cancel orders generated with prices unacceptable to it, which may have resulted from one or more of a network error, hacking, supplier mistake or code error.

Price and payment

*  We can revise the prices for our goods and/or services at any time prior to accepting your order.

*  Prices are given in New Zealand dollars. Prices can be varied after acceptance if GST increases before payment to reflect the GST increase.

*  You are bound to pay us immediately we accept your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to full payment to us, without incurring any liability to you.

Delivery

*  For all Tour products, we will send final confirmation and a GST invoice to you at your last known  email or other address, unless you or someone acting on your behalf, has previously picked up the confirmation and GST invoice up from us.

* For all Air tickets we will issue E-ticket(s) to you at your last known email address, unless you or someone acting on your behalf, has previously picked up the E-ticket(s) from us.

Returns and Cancelled orders

*  As Tour products have different cancellation charges depending  on the cancellation policy of our particular supplier, cancellation charges and terms for any Tour product will be as stated on each booking information for the particular tour.

* As Air Ticket(s) have different cancellation charges depending on the cancellation policy of our particular Air- line ticket supplier, cancellation charges and terms for any Air Ticket will be as stated on each booking information for the particular Ticket.

Variation of our terms and conditions

 *   Pacific Delight Limited reserves the right to modify and vary these terms and conditions at any time.

Consumer Privacy

*    Pacific Delight Limited does not sell or rent your personal identification to third parties.

*    If applicable we release personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pacific Delight Limited, our users or others.

Email

*    It is our policy to immediately remove you from any mailing list upon your request provided you are the person who opted into the list.

*    We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.

Control of Your Password

*    You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name and password. We recommend you do not disclose your password to any third party. If you do choose to share your user name password or your information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information.

Security

*    We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information.

*    We protect your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Any time you book or buy using a credit card your details are encrypted.

*    It is your responsibility to protect yourself against unauthorised access to your password and credit card from any third party.

*    Pacific Delight Limited takes all reasonable steps to keep any collected personal information secure and to protect that information from misuse or loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

*    Please note however that total security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Pacific Delight Limited therefore cannot guarantee and does not warrant the security of information transmitted over the internet.
